Save not Waste

An educational initiative informing people how common waste can be upcycled to create objects we can use at home.
Save not Waste educates people on how to use waste to create useful object. The objects Save not Waste demonstrates are: a birdhouse made out of cardboard, a vase made out of a water bottle, and a bird feeder made out of plastic. How does this project work? This project shows filmed tutorials on how to make the objects at home and then uploads the video to a slide show for others to watch and make it on their own. This project is important because it shows people how to save their waste instead of throwing it away and ending up in the landfills. Save not Waste will help the city of Los Angeles by helping their landfills with items that can be recycled and trash around the city. In the long term, Save not Waste will help reduce the amount of pollution in land and oceans as well help the environment. It will also help wildlife and beautify our community of Los Angeles.
